First, press Ctrl+Shift+C to access the cheat window. Then, type in: boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true (its case sensitive, btw). You can drag your sims motives, relationships, skills, and even their charactaristics. If you put your cursor over a sim and press Shift +Click, you can do almost anything you want to that sim. Including: kill them, change their fit, give them outfits to wear that are unavalible, make them pregneat with an alien baby, speed up their pregnacy (if they are already pregneat), and lots of other stuff.
